The first semi-final match between the AS Monaco FC and Juventus FC, that was played six days ago had ended with a win for Juventus 2-0, which means that Juventus has an easy job in its attempt to again eliminate Monaco from the UEFA Champions League. On top of it, Juventus FC plays much better at home this season than away and it has practically secured its 6th consecutive title of Italian champion given that 03 rounds before the end Juventus has even 07 points more than second-placed Roma, that will meet next weekend in Rome.
Right
because of that advantage Juventus FC played more easily 02 last rounds
and it should be surprising that it drew with the teams: Atalanta and Torino. On
the other hand they were up to the task in Monaco, where they made huge
advantage due to goals of Higuain prior to the second-leg. However,
their coach Allegri, is still cautions as he is well aware that his
players shouldn’t relax yet and consequently he plans to send the same
team on the pitch like he did in the first-leg. Only in the midfield
returnee, Khedir should get advantage over Marchisi, while regarding
problems with absences out of action are only injured stopper Rugani and
forward Pjaca.
Unlike Juventus FC, which did a great job six days ago, AS Monaco FC
team practically has mission impossible in Turin given that it needs victory
of three goals or at least to win by 2-0 and take the match into the
extra time. To do something like that coach, Jardim, must play much better
primarily in attack, and especially in the finish of it, while at the
same time the defence shouldn’t make mistakes like it did in the first
semi-final match with Juvenuts FC, when it conceded even two goals.
AS Monaco
FC is on the best path to finally dethrone so far untouchable PSG team in the
French Ligue 1, as two rounds before the end of season it has 03
points more than they and have played one match fewer than PSG, so they
shouldn’t have too much trouble to keep the leading positing by the end
of season. Before that Monaco will give its best in this semi-final
match of the Champions League and we expect now their far more
aggressive and offensive approach than six days ago as they have nothing
to lose. Out of action for this game are: defenders
Toure and Mendy, and midfielder Boschilia.
Probable lineups:
AS Monaco FC: (4-4-2): Subasic; Dirar, Sidibe, Glik, Jemerson; Bakayoko, Fabinho, Lemar, B. Silva; Mbappe, Falcao
