Manchester United come into this match on the back of a solid 4-1 win over
Aston Villa. A couple of weeks ago, Moyes' men produced a stirring
comeback in the round of 16, losing 2-0 to Olympiacos in Greece before
Van Persie's hat-trick turned the tie around at Old Trafford.
But the Dutchman will be sidelined for this crucial match due to a knee
injury. Jonny Evans and Chris Smalling are sidelined through injury too,
whilst Patrice Evra misses out through suspension. Buttner will be
selected to provide cover and have the mammoth task of trying to keep
Arjen Robben in check. They will definitely be without the cup-tied
Mata. Furthermore, Valencia and Rafael are both doubtful.
