where United held their nervous and manageg to win their 3rd successive

Louis Van Gaal started with strong lineups in the first two matches with
Wayne Rooney, Mata and Herrera playing some quality football against
the likes of LA Galaxy and AS Roma. United strolled through 7-0 win
against Galaxy while they were cruising against Roma with 3-0 scoreline
at the break but a wonder goal from AS Roma player and a defensive switch
off brought Roma back to 3-2 but United managed to see off the game.
